Hollow Brook is a private golf club located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. The clubhouse sits on a knoll with views of the green rolling hills of the golf course and the mountain behind us. Unlike most banquet facilities in the region, Hollow Brook has instead chosen to create a space that is reminiscent of an Adirondack lodge, with a wall of floor to ceiling windows that can fully open to create an "open-air" feeling to the room, and black iron chandeliers that hang from the high vaulted ceilings. The perfect setting for a wedding day in the country and for the Bride and Groom who want charm and ambiance without the glitz of the typical catering hall.

During the Spring, Summer and early Fall the cocktail hour is held on the covered veranda, which is adjacent to the banquet room. The veranda overlooks the golf course and the spinning ceiling fans add to the ambience. In the off-season months, the clubhouse dining room, with its stone fireplace, is available for the cocktail hour.
A wedding package to fit your budget.
They offer packages that can be customized to fit your wedding budget, whether it is a simpler affair or the most lavish. The Pavilion holds 175 guests, with a minimum of 75 guests. An on-site ceremony for up to 150 guests can be accommodated on the terrace.

Hollow Brook could also be the perfect location for the other celebrations that surround the wedding; engagement party, bridal shower, or the post-wedding brunch. Ask for other menu options for these events.
